The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The room was a little bit small.

This apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like a washing machine, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. It made me feel right at home. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. I could easily whip up a quick meal whenever I wanted. The bathroom was convenient with a shower, electronic bidet, and complimentary toiletries. I appreciated the little touches that made it feel luxurious.

Although the air conditioning was available in some units, the one I stayed in didn't have it. It would have been nice to have during hot summer days.

All in all had quite comfortable experience on vacation.

It was conveniently located near major attractions, and just a few minutes' walk away was a lovely park for rest and relaxation. the nearby supermarkets offered a variety of great food options. the staff were friendly and helpful, making communication stress, free. the apartment was well, equipped and made to feel comfortable. the 24, hour accessible luggage storing room was a great bonus for longer stays. Highly recommended!

The apartment was a nice place for exploring Tokyo with a fantastic location just a 5-minute stroll from Hozenji Temple.

The location of the apartment was great, situated in a quiet area but still really near everything. the staff even introduced us to some local shops where we could buy delicious bento boxes. there were recommendations provided on what to do in the city, which was really helpful.

The check-out system had some flaws, as there were issues with previous tenants not checking out on time.

Great amenities and well-stocked kitchen with microwave, kettle, hob, and fridge/freezer. Useful additions like umbrellas and Japanese address cards. Clear communication from the accommodation and helpful instruction book. Quiet residential area but close to the bustling city. Secure self-check-in and good locking system. Friendly staff who even offered to sort the bins.

Lack of bathroom sink and intermittent issues with hot water in the shower. the sofa made bed could have been more comfortable.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the metro station and supermarkets. the apartment was clean, new, and spacious compared to other Tokyo rooms. the great WiFi was a nice bonus. Walking to Shinjuku station was a breeze. a wonderful place to stay.

It is situated down an alley to the left of the station, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. there is a grocery store right in front of the apartment, making it convenient to grab any necessities they may need.

Some noise from neighboring apartments could be heard at times, which may be a slight disturbance for light sleepers.

You can easily cook your own meals in the kitchen, and it's just 300 meters from Itsukushima Shrine.
